This policy covers what you can and cannot sell or host through Olivenna. It applies to every operator who runs a booking page on the platform. We keep it short and plain on purpose.
You are responsible for your own licences
Olivenna is the booking platform. You are the business. You must hold whatever licences, permits, insurance, and certifications your activity and your jurisdiction require. We do not verify or enforce those on your behalf, and using Olivenna does not replace them.
What you cannot sell or host
You may not use Olivenna to sell, book, or host:
- Activities that your jurisdiction regulates and that you are not licensed to run. Examples include alcohol, firearms, adult services, gambling, and instruction that requires a credential you do not hold.
- Regulated healthcare. Medical, dental, and mental health services that need patient records or insurance billing are outside what Olivenna is built for.
- Resale or arbitrage of a third party's inventory or service that you do not own or are not contracted to provide.
- Anything illegal, or content that promotes hate, harassment, or harm.
How we enforce it
Enforcement is complaint driven. If we receive a report or find a violation, we review it and may suspend or close the account. You can transfer ownership or delete your workspace at any time from your settings.
Questions
If you are not sure whether something fits, contact us before you list it. We would rather answer the question early than close an account later.
