Olivenna uses Stripe to move money. This page explains who holds what, so there are no surprises. It applies to every operator who turns on online payments.
Olivenna never holds your money
When a customer pays for a booking, the money goes straight from the customer to your own Stripe account. Olivenna never holds, routes, or touches those funds. You pay Olivenna a flat monthly subscription separately, and that is the only money that flows to us.
No commission
Olivenna takes nothing off the top of a booking. There is no booking fee and no percentage cut. Because the money goes directly to your Stripe account, this is true by design, not just by promise. You pay Stripe's standard processing fees on your own account, the same as you would anywhere.
You are the merchant of record
For the bookings you sell, you are the seller. Refunds, chargebacks, and tax are your responsibility, not Olivenna's. Your customer is entering into a booking with your business, not with Olivenna. If a question comes up between you and a customer, it is settled between the two of you.
Olivenna provides the rails, not the service
We give you the booking page, the schedule, and the payment connection. The service your customer books is yours to deliver.
Stripe's terms apply
When you connect your Stripe account, Stripe's own terms apply to that account and how you use it. Olivenna does not sit in the middle of that relationship or restate it.
